Newbie Tips

While Pilates is accessible for most, the reformer can surprise you in unexpected ways that can throw off your balance and challenge your body, even for the strongest students. Here’s our tips on how to stay safe and build your practice:​

We want you to get the most of out your workout! Please consider taking ESSENTIALS classes prior to booking our open + upper levels classes if you have little to no experience or physical limitations. Limited modifications will be offered to maintain the flow of class.​

Class Policies

Booking is required at least one hour prior to class time. If you miss the booking window, please feel free to reach out to us via chat. If we are able to accommodate you, we are happy to do so. There is no guarantee we can add late bookings.

Classes at 6a required pre-registration by 10p the night prior. ​

Classes are non-refundable. You must reschedule your class at least 2 hours prior to class time to avoid loss of a session or a late cancellation fee. If you pay for a drop-in and cancel class (rather than reschedule) you will not be refunded. You must reschedule to take advantage of the class or your session will be lost.

Late Arrivals

We are unable to accommodate late arrivals. We offer a five (5) minute grace period. To maintain our schedule and yours, we do our best to start classes promptly. While we understand things happen, it is unfair for other students to lose valuable class time. Please arrive at least five (5) minutes ahead of class time. No shows and late cancellations are subject to a strict cancellation policy.​
