Class Levels


Relaxation

No experience required. This class is designed to calm the mind and body – and to let go of any physical or mental stressors. Relax and unwind!

Gentle

No experience required. Students will move slowly and mindfully from pose to pose and class will be effective in supporting those with minor mobility limitations or in recovery from injuries. Teachers will gently increase the level of difficulty if the energy in the room calls for it! Detailed cuing and prop support provided.

Slow Flow

No experience required. Slow Flow is a slower pace class,  moving and breathing while holding poses longer.  You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience.  While this class may move at a slower pace, you will still experience strengthening and may feel challenged.

Beginner

No experience required, but also suitable for practicing yogis looking to bring it back to the basics. More detailed instruction will be provided with a focus on alignment and proper posture. 

Open Levels

A great place to begin to grow your practice, but suitable for all levels. While more challenging poses may be offered, modifications will be offered to make all practitioners feel at home. You may ALWAYS make the practice your own by taking an alternate pose that suits your body.

Intermediate

Experience recommended. Classes may offer more challenging poses, longer holders and/or faster sequences that do not allow for extensive cuing.
